Over the last 20 years I’ve supported Fortune 500 companies in an array of human resource needs.  I’ve also worked in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry, carrying a book of business of over 70 clients at any one time.  In that time, I have seen how the corporate HR agenda gets in the way of the true productivity of the business.
