Buon Senso HR was created to fill those specific human resource needs that traditional Human Resource Departments are not nimble enough to navigate or too costly to change.  Over the years I’ve seen countless business owners become frustrated by costly HR managers telling them the reasons why something can’t be done and not providing the support needed to move the business forward.

Over the last 20 years I’ve supported Fortune 500 companies in an array of human resource needs.  I’ve also worked in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry, carrying a book of business of over 70 clients at any one time.  In that time, I have seen how the corporate HR agenda gets in the way of the true productivity of the business.
